If you need to order new phone number the Customer Workspace makes the process quick and straightforward. This guide walks you through the steps to request and configure a new number directly from your workspace.
1. Login to the Customer Workspace as the Administrator via: https://app.cloudcall.com
2. On the "Left Pane" click on the "Phone" icon.
3. Then click on "Request a number".
4. A new window will open. Please fill in the fields, including the preferred area code and country.
5. Once filled in please click on "Send Request". This request will be sent to our Service Delivery team to action and you will be informed.
