In this article, you will be provided steps on how to reset a agent's user account password.
Step 1: Login to the Customer Workspace Portal
1. Firstly visit https://app.cloudcall.com and login to your portal using the email address and password
Step 2: Access User Settings and Reset Password
1. Once logged in, click on icon
2. All users will be listed, if you are searching for a particular user you can use search using their name or email. As you begin typing, the portal will start filtering down your search
3. After locating the user that you want to amend their settings, click on the pencil icon.
4. Then on the top-right click on Reset Password.
