How to Reset Your End User Password (Portal)

Once you log into the Portal 

You will need to go to Configuration and Service Account and Configure 

Then you will see section says End User Password and Update Password 

Then Enter a new password and Click on Save 

Then Scroll Down and Click on Save Changes 

Once this is done please inform the agent or the user of their new end user password
