Record your voicemail greeting

Voicemail Recording Instructions
1 - From the CloudCall Device (Communicator, Desk phone, Mobile App) type in *98 and
click dial if necessary

After the audio prompt for any new voicemail messages
2 - Select 3 for personal options
3 - Then select 3 again for the Greetings menu
4 - To record a Personal greeting press 2 or if you wish to record your name only, press 3

When prompted record your greeting and when finished press #

You will hear back your recording and to save your recording, press # or to re-record press*
