Learn how to find the version number of your CloudCall application so you can confirm whether you're running the latest release.
Check Your Installed Version Number:
Follow these simple steps to locate your current CloudCall version:
- Click on the "Calls" button in the CloudCall application.
2. Click on the menu button (located in the top-left corner).
3. See your Version Number displayed below the menu options. Our latest version is 2.0.15(967). If your version matches v967, you're all set!
If You're Not on the Latest Version:
If your version number is lower than v967, you should update your application. Follow these step-by-step instructions:
CloudCall Desktop App (Microsoft Store)
- Turn on auto-updates in Microsoft Store settings, or
- Update directly from the Microsoft Store
Open Microsoft Store from the Start menu.
Select Library from the left-hand navigation panel.
Look for CloudCall in the list.
If an update is available, you will see an Update button next to CloudCall > click Update.
If no Update button is visible, CloudCall is already up to date.
CloudCall Desktop App (Mac – App Store)
- Turn on auto-updates in Mac App Store settings, or
- Update directly from the Mac App Store
- Open the App Store from the Dock, Launchpad, or Applications folder.
- Select your profile icon/account name from the bottom-left corner.
- Scroll to the Available Updates section.
- Look for CloudCall.
- Click Update if available.
- If no Update button is visible, CloudCall is already up to date.
CloudCall Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)
- Turn on auto-updates in your device settings or app store, or
- Update directly from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
