How To Force Close CloudCall o1 Desktop Application Windows

If you need to fully close the o1 desktop application, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log Out of the Softphone

1. Open the Softphone application.
2. Select any icon at the bottom of the window, except Keypad.
3. Click the three-line menu in the top-left corner.

4. Select Log Out.

Step 2: Force Quit the application

1. Open Task Manager on your computer.
2. In the search bar, type CloudCall.

3. Right-click CloudCall in the results.
4. Select End Task.
