This guide explains how to check your call charges within the Billing section of your account.
You’ll learn how to access the Call Detail Record (CDR) report for a detailed breakdown of calls, as well as where to view the call rates applied. This helps you monitor usage, verify charges, and keep track of communication costs.
1. Login to the CloudCall portal as the CloudCall Portal Administrator using one of the links below:
2. You will be presented with the below screen. Please login using your CloudCall portal administrator details:
3. To check call rates for a specific number, on the left pane expand Billing, then click on Call Rates:
4. You can then search either by country name or dialling code using the search box to find the call rate for a number:
5. If you need to find the call charges for calls already made through the system, you can do this by expanding the Reporting section > click on Legacy Reporting > click on CDRs Reports.
6. You can run the report based on your date and time preference. A breakdown of each call and charge for that call will be presented. You can also "Export to Excel File".
