1. Log in to your portal via https://portal.us.cloudcall.com/home - Your log in details will be
your email address and a password. If you have forgotten your password, you will be
able to click a forgotten password link.
2. Select Billing Then Payments/Invoices.
3. This is the page where you will be able to view the existing Credit Card Details. To edit this information, select Change Card Details.
4. All Fields on this page can be updated and changes will take effect immediately.
5. Remember to select Save Changes after your updates have been made.
