The Softphone app includes an Audio Settings section that allows users to manage their microphone and speaker preferences for the best possible calling experience. This guide explains how to configure these settings and test your devices.
How to Access Audio Settings:
Open the CloudCall o1 Application.
Click on Settings.
3. Click on Audio Settings.
4. Select Input Device: Choose your preferred microphone (input).
- You can adjust the input volume using the slider.
- You can use the built in tool "Test the Microphone" to test the functionality.
5. Select Output Device: Choose your speaker/headset (output).
- You can adjust the output volume using the slider.
6. Choose the device that will play the incoming call ringtone.
- You can adjust the ring volume using the slider.
