Audio Settings & Softphone Improvements

CloudCall o1 Release 20.1 introduces a brand-new Audio Settings feature for the Softphone, giving users more control over how they manage calls. This release also includes multiple softphone fixes and improvements to overall platform performance.

New: Audio Settings Panel for Softphone

Now live on Windows and macOS, the new Audio Settings Panel is designed to ensure smoother, more reliable calls—especially in flexible work environments.

Users can now:

• Select their preferred microphone (input) and speaker/headset (output) directly in the app

• Save audio preferences between app sessions

• Receive incoming call alerts through their system’s default ring device

• Use built-in audio testing tools before a call

• Enjoy a refreshed, intuitive settings interface
