CloudCall o1 Release 19 introduces major improvements to the Vincere integration, giving your team better data syncing, enhanced goal tracking, and smoother post-call workflows. This update also includes several performance fixes completed during Sprints 52 and 53.
Smarter Syncing with Vincere:
We’ve upgraded how CloudCall interacts with Vincere—offering tighter alignment with how your team tracks and logs activity.
Here’s what’s new:
Activity Sync via Comments API:
Calls now sync as comments in Vincere instead of tasks, delivering more accurate and flexible activity logs.Post-Call Goal Tagging:
Reps can tag calls with goal categories (e.g., Connects, Interviews, Submittals) right from the softphone—ensuring your KPIs stay on track.Vincere Goals → CloudCall Categories:
Goals configured in Vincere now map automatically to call categories inside CloudCall, creating a seamless workflow across platforms.Improved Contact Entity Support:
CloudCall now recognizes both Contacts and Candidates from Vincere, so no interaction gets left behind.Manual Sync Trigger in Workspace:
Admins and users can now manually refresh synced data—helpful when new goals or categories are added in Vincere.
These updates give your recruiters better control and visibility into their performance, while keeping Vincere clean and up to date—without the need for extra admin effort.
