CloudCall o1 Release 18 focuses on boosting backend performance and workspace flexibility, with standout updates like AI call summaries inside Bullhorn, smarter scheduled reports, and new Salesforce sync controls. These enhancements make it easier for your team to stay productive, aligned, and in control—without toggling between tools.

🧠 AI Call Summaries Now in Bullhorn

AI-powered call summaries can now be viewed directly inside Bullhorn CRM—giving you instant context from your recent calls, synced automatically and available without leaving the CRM.

Admins can:

• Enable AI call summaries at the account or user level

• Choose whether to sync summaries to Bullhorn

• Set summaries to auto-generate (OFF by default)

Users can:

• View summaries in Bullhorn and click to expand full details

• Jump from Bullhorn to the full call summary via softphone deep link

📅 Scheduled Reports: Set It and Forget It

Admins and Supervisors can now automate delivery of call and SMS data with our new Scheduled Reports feature in the Workspace.

You can now:

• Schedule reports for direct calls, queue activity, SMS, or campaigns

• Choose delivery cadence: one-time, daily, weekly, monthly

• Send to one or many recipients

• Edit, pause, or delete scheduled reports as needed

🔄 Salesforce Sync Improvements

More control, cleaner data. Admins now have advanced configuration options to fine-tune how CloudCall data syncs with Salesforce.

You can now:

• Set rules to only sync calls longer than a certain duration (e.g., >1 min)

• Automatically create new CRM records (Lead, Contact, Account) for unknown numbers
