1. After logging into the CloudCall o1 Softphone, you will select one of the options from the bottom (such as Contacts):
2. On the Contacts Tab, you’ll then select the top left collapsed menu icon, also referred to as a “burger menu”:
3. You will select the top option which has your avatar/initials to access “My Profile”:
4. In “My Profile” select the Edit Icon at the top-right corner of the Softphone:
5. Under “Edit Profile”, use the drop-down menu to change the LOCALE. Once you have found the country that you want to change to, be sure to click Save at the top-right of the Softphone:
