- The Voicemail Drop tools in the CloudCall o1 Workspace allow Admins and Supervisors to create and manage voicemail drops for individual users and teams.
- Assign up to 3 personal voicemail drops per user and 2 shared drops per team.
- Create voicemail drops using text-to-speech, audio file uploads, or live recordings.

CloudCall o1 for Desktop - Softphone Enhancements
Power Dialer Outbound Campaigns for Softphone Users
- Notice the Campaigns button in the bottom menu of your softphone where the settings menu used to be. We've placed Campaigns here for quick accessibility. Now, to access your softphone settings, look for the menu at the top left corner of all pages in the softphone (except for the keypad).
- The new Campaigns tab in the softphone lets you see active campaigns, call lists, and dial history for your Power Dialer campaigns. Agents added to Power Dialer Campaigns through can log notes that sync to Bullhorn, Salesforce or Vincere. During campaigns, Agents can quickly drop quick pre-recorded voicemail messages, and adjust their availability within the Softphone. This new o1 feature launch maximizes speed, accuracy, and CRM connectivity for high-volume outbound calling.

As in the Softphone, and to provide you with a unified experience across platforms, you'll now notice the mobile app's Campaigns tab and the shift in location for the settings menu.
You'll be able to perform the same Power Dialer, Campaign and Voicemail Drop functions in the mobile app that you can now in the Softphone.

Corrected Voicemail Email Timezone
Voicemail-to-email notifications will now display timestamps based on your actual time zone, resolving an issue where some users—especially in the US—were seeing UK timestamps. Now, your voicemail emails reflect the correct local time for greater clarity and consistency.
