Integrated Devices: Bring Your Own Desk Phones
- Administrators can assign Polycom and Yealink devices to users or conference rooms from the CloudCall o1 Workspace.
- Visual indicators for desk phone calls appear in the CloudCall o1 Workspace Live Feed, ensuring Supervisors can track calls answered on their desk phones and monitor, whisper, or barge into desktop phone calls if the softphone is installed and synced.
- Answer a call on your desk phone and with Multi-Way-Bridging, add participants directly from the desk phone without needing to transfer the call to another device or system.
