If you are experiencing connectivity issues with the CloudCall o1 application, such as Call Quality issues, Call button switching between green and grey, you can enable the modern connection mode. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- Open the CloudCall o1 application.
- Click on "More".
- Click on "My Profile" five times.
- This action will reveal a hidden option.
- Select "Connection Info" from the newly available option.
- Click "Enable" for the "Modern Connection Mode" pop-up.
- The o1 application will then reload.
- After reloading, please click on the "Keypad" option and the call button should turn green.
