Step 1: Download the CloudCall o1 Desktop Softphone and CloudCall Mobile Applications
1. You can download our softphone and mobile application here.
2. Log in and validate your credentials
- You can refer to the email that you received from our system.
- If the password has expired, when you login for the first time, simply use the password reset functionality on the log-in page.
Step 2: Install our chrome extension
1. You can download our chrome extension here.
Step 3: Access Training if Required
1. You can access training through our Learning Portal.
2. Please be sure to select "BullHorn o1"/"SalesForce o1" as the CRM product when you are setting up your training.
