What apps do I need to download and install?

Welcome to the installation guide for our application! This knowledge base will walk you through the process of setting up our software quickly and easily.

Step 1: Download the CloudCall o1 Desktop Softphone and CloudCall Mobile Applications

1. You can download our softphone and mobile application here.

2. Log in and validate your credentials

• You can refer to the email that you received from our system.
• If the password has expired, when you login for the first time, simply use the password reset functionality on the log-in page.

Step 2: Install our chrome extension

1. You can download our chrome extension here.

Step 3: Access Training if Required

1. You can access training through our Learning Portal.

2. Please be sure to select "BullHorn o1"/"SalesForce o1" as the CRM product when you are setting up your training.
