You can access your voicemail easily through either the CloudCall o1 desktop application or the CloudCall Mobile app.
Step 1
Open the CloudCall o1 desktop app or the CloudCall Mobile app.
1. Select Calls.
2. Then click on the Voicemails tab.
Step 2
Play your voicemail
1. Click on a voicemail of your choice.
2. You will then be presented with a "Play button" to play your voicemail.
3. You will also have the options to call back, adjust playback speed, and delete the voicemail.
When you receive a voicemail through CloudCall, you'll receive an email notification from noreply@voicemail.customeremail.edifycloud.net. These notifications are designed to help you quickly review and respond to messages with the following details included:
Email Subject | EXTERNAL CALLER ID NAME called from CALLER NUMBER they called DID RECIPIENT NUMBER. |
Sender and Timestamp | The email body shows who called, the number they used to call you, and the time and date of the call. |
Voicemail Attachment | Includes a downloadable MP3 file of the voicemail, such as 019cl212112541601c40e8c2fc.mp3 , for easy playback. |
Transcription | Below the call details, you'll find an automated transcription of the voicemail message to quickly review its content without listening to the audio file. |
