How do I set up call forwarding using the CloudCall softphone app?
To set up forwarding, click on more
Select call forwarding
You can forward all calls, or forward only if you are busy
Always forward, will forward ALL calls onto your desired number. This means that the app will not receive ANY incoming calls. Enable always forward and select forward type. Enter in the number you wish to forward to.
Tip: if you want to forward your calls to an international number, you will need to select the country from the drop down and then type in the number.
Forward if busy
By selecting the option forward if busy, incoming calls that you receive whilst on the phone or when your status is set to busy will forward to your preferred number after it has reached the wait time. To configure, enable forward if busy and set your wait time.
Tip: The wait time is the amount of seconds it will call your CloudCall softphone app before forwarding on to the number you have configured.
