How do I view contacts in the CloudCall softphone app?

To view contacts in the CloudCall One app, click on contacts

A list of your contacts will appear in alphabetical order. You can also search for contacts using the search bar above.

If you click on a contacts name, the CloudCall softphone app will display the numbers associated to the contact, email addresses and the option to call, send an SMS or view the contact in your CRM. 

By clicking open in CRM, the contact will open inside your CRM tab on your web browser.
