How do I configure my voicemail greeting in the CloudCall softphone?

To create your personal voicemail greeting within CloudCall softphone, click on more

Select voicemail

Click on create voicemail

There are 3 options available to enable you to create your personal voicemail greeting. These options are

Record voicemail

Text to speech

Upload voicemail

Record voicemail

From the drop down menu, select record voicemail

Click record

After you have finished recording, click the arrow located at the top left to save and exit

Text to speech

Select text to speech from the drop down menu

In the message content box, type in what you want your voicemail to say and click generate

Once the message has been generated, you will see a playback button appear so you are able to listen to it.

If you want to edit the text, you will need to click delete

You will need to confirm that you want to delete your current message

Edit the content and click generate

Tip: To add a second of silence between words, add in …. As shown in the above example.

Once you are happy with the wording of your text to speech voicemail, click the arrow located at the top left to save and exit

Upload voicemail

Select upload voicemail from the drop down menu and click upload

A box will appear, locate your voicemail file and click open

Once uploaded, you will see the playback option.

Please note;

Voicemail messages must be in .mp3 file format

Please ensure that the file size does not exceed 10MB

click the arrow located at the top left to save and exit
