As of September 30th 2023 the older versions of our CloudCall Communicator will no longer be available due to the type of licensing it requires. You will need to upgrade to our latest version. The latest version is 6.5.5.2. This is the error you will experience when launching the Communicator if you are on an older version after 30th September 2023.
Please note that before 30th September, you can check the version you are currently running, on the CloudCall Communicator by navigating to Help > About (below)
To upgrade to the latest version, please go click on the following link
https://cloudcall.com/communicator
Select the operating system you are using and click Download Installer
The CloudCall Communicator will begin downloading
Once complete, double click to run the installation. Tick the terms in the license agreement and click install (your IT administrator may have to enter in their credentials to approve the install.)
During installation
Click Finish
You can now login to the latest version of the CloudCall communicator
