When Logged into the CloudCall Communicator Software you will see following below
Then go to Softphone and Preferences
Devices and then Headset Mode and make sure Speaker and Microphone is set on the dropdown box to your headset whether this be Plantronics or Jabra or Other
Also on Other Device Make sure on the Dropdown box it is set to to your headset whether this be Plantronics or Jabra or Other
