How to Download Cloud Call Communicator (Windows and Mac OS)

Windows OS 

You can locate the Cloud Call Communicator on Windows OS by going to https://cloudcall.com/downloads/classic 

Then Scroll down and make sure tab is set to Windows and Download Installer 

Once the file has downloaded you will need to unzip the file and run the installation and follow the steps and once installed log in with your cloud call username and service password 

 and 

Mac OS 

You can locate the Cloud Call Communicator on Windows OS by going to https://cloudcall.com/communicator

Then Scroll down and make sure tab is set to Mac and Download Installer 

Once the file has downloaded you will need to open the file and run the installation and follow the steps and once installed log in with your cloud call username and service password 

When running the installation of the Cloud Call Communicator this may come up with a login box where it will ask for admin username and password which will require your IT team or provider to enter their IT admin details to run the installation
