Once Logged into the Salesforce System on the bottom bar or row you should see plugin for CloudCall
You will see an option on the top right hand corner which is an bell icon
click on this and 3 options will appear and click on Missed
Active is for Call that the user is currently in and on the phone too
Unsaved is for call that been missed that were not in your contacts that you can save now
Missed is for calls that been missed that come to your directly or via group or campaign and this is in the order where the oldest is at the top and newest is at the bottom
