Once Logged into the Salesforce System on the bottom bar or row you should see plugin for CloudCall
From the salesforce plugin extension, click the
four dots in the top left to open the
menu.
The settings area controls how the
chrome extension behaves on your
chrome browser.
Then Click on System Information
and
Make sure the Enabled System Information is set to Yes
Once this is done please go back to the your main menu and go to History
For every call made underneath the call you will see the session id which you should be able to click on the ID and copy and paste into email or notepad to send to our support team if necessary
