Add Communicator to firewall

Click Start

Type firewall

Click ‘Windows Defender Firewall’

Click ‘Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall’

Click ‘Change Settings’ 

Enter the admin log in details 

Click ‘Allow another app’ 

Click ‘Browse’ 

Find the Communicator and click ‘Open’ 

Click ‘Network Types’

Tick All

Click OK

Click Add
