This article provides step-by-step instructions for resetting your password in CloudCall o1. Whether you're using the desktop application, mobile app, or Chrome extension, follow these simple steps to securely reset your password.
Step 1: Reset your password using the CloudCall o1 desktop application, mobile application, or Chrome extension.
- Open either the CloudCall o1 desktop, mobile or Chrome extension application.
- Click on Sign in.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your work email address.
- Click Submit.

4. After resetting your password, a confirmation page will display "Your password has been reset."
Please note that clicking on "click here to log in" redirects to the Customer Workspace login page. Currently, only admins can access the Customer Workspace, so your credentials may not work there. However, you can log in using the CloudCall o1 desktop, mobile, and Chrome extension applications.
