Accessing CloudCall o1 Content for Existing Learning Cloud Users

This article is intended for users who have already set up Learning Cloud and need to access content related to the new CloudCall o1 platform.

 

 

Step 1: Login to Learning Cloud

1. To login to your Learning Cloud Account, please click here

2. Enter your email address and password.

 

Step 2: Changing your CRM Selection on Learning Cloud

Please note from the CRM product select your CRM and o1

• For example, Bullhorn users should select Bullhorn o1, and Salesforce users should select Salesforce o1.
