Step 1: Register for Learning Cloud
1. To create an account in Learning Cloud, please click here
2. Enter your full name.
3. Work email address (not personal).
4. Create your password.
5. From the CRM product select your CRM and o1

For example, Bullhorn users should select Bullhorn o1, and Salesforce users should select Salesforce o1.
- In this example, we have selected Bullhorn o1.
Step 2: Overview of Learning Cloud Home Page
Once you have logged in to Learning Cloud you will have a few different areas to explore.

Library – Here you will find different folders with a mixture of content to match your CRM integration.

Paths – Paths gives you a more structured walk through of the CloudCall integration for your CRM with a selection of guides to get you started. (Recommended starting point for all users)

Events – Here you will find any live events being held by CloudCall, these may be Q&A sessions or Webinar style sessions to help you with any questions you may have.
Step 3: Library
The example above is for Bullhorn. Once you've selected your CRM, the content will be tailored to your specific CRM.
Step 4: Paths
Paths is the recommended starting point for all users, here will find click through guides to help get you started with CloudCall o1 and you're selected CRM, you can expect to find info on:
Making a call and the behaviour of the integration.
What happens when you receive a call.
Exploring all the call controls available to you.
