Manual factory reset procedure.

1. Restart the device.
2. On the "Loading Application" screen press "Cancel."
3. As soon as the "Welcome" message appears, press and hold down "1," "3," "5."
4. Release them only when seeing the "Enter Password" message appear.
5. For password use the phone’s MAC address (using CAPS for letter) and press "OK."

use the 1->Aa soft key to toggle between numbers, capital and lower case letters. Whichever is at the left is the mode it is on, so 1->Aa is numbers.

All letters are capitals and are entered like old style text messages (press 3 once for D, twice for E, three times for F)

VVX Provisioning Server

1. Press the Home button
2. Select “Settings” button from the main menu.
3. Select “Advanced…”
4. Enter the admin password for the phone. The default is 456.
5. Select “Administration Settings”
6. Select “Network Configuration…”
7. Select “Provisioning Server…”
8. Select “Server Type:” and choose “HTTP”.
9. Select “Server Address:” input “provme.uk”.
10. Save and back out of the menu's until the phone restarts
