Log in to the Portal as Admin
In the orange topped ‘Control’ box select ‘Campaigns’ then ‘Add New Campaign’
For ‘campaign type’ select ‘outbound’
Name the Campaign after the user and add a description if desired
Leave the ‘Calendar’ options as they are,
Select the users own number for ‘Campaign CLI’ so it displays their own number when they call out
Tick ‘Hide CLI’ if you don’t want to display a number
In ‘Voicemail Drop Option’ select ‘Default or Agent VM drop Message’
Leave ‘Campaign Priority’ as ‘A’
Tick ‘Allow agent blending’ which allows an agent to be in more than one campaign
The other settings on the right are shown in the screenshot below
Then Click on ‘Campaign Agents’
Click on the desired person’s name to add them to the ‘Selected Agents’ box
Click ‘Create Campaign’
