Following the release of Google Chrome version 147, some users may notice that Bullhorn CRM is automatically opening a new Novo “Open Window” tab for calls and not triggering the notes panel to open during inbound and outbound calls. To restore normal functionality, a one-time configuration change is required within your Chrome browser settings.
Resolution Steps
- Open Google Chrome and log in to your Bullhorn CRM account as normal.
- In the Chrome address bar, locate and click the site settings icon (displayed to the left of the app.bullhornstaffing.com URL).
- In the permissions panel that appears, locate the "Apps on device" option and toggle it to ON.
- Once enabled, click the Reload button within the panel and select Reload to refresh the Bullhorn page.
- After the page reloads, Bullhorn should resume triggering call notes as expected during inbound and outbound calls.
