How to clear cache

From time to time our browser needs a good cleanse to remain at optimal performance. 

Please ensure that before you follow the below to clear down browser cache, you save ANY work that is open in the browser. 

To clear cache please for to the '3 dots' in the top right hand corner on your web browser then follow the below:

'More tools' > 'Clear browsing data' 

Another tab will open and present the below

Click on 'Advanced' and amend the 'Time range' to 'All time'. Ensure that the 'Cached images and files' is selected, and de-select any others.

Finally click on 'Clear data' wait for it to complete and then reload your browser.
