Mobile App - BETA Release 3.1.10

We are excited to announce the planned release of our latest mobile update, Version 3.1.10! This update is part of our ongoing commitment to improve user experience and provide the tools necessary to increase productivity and enhance collaboration.

In this new version of the BETA app, we've focused on boosting performance, and resolving the critical issues identified in your feedback. We firmly believe that these updates will make your day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient.

We have received several reports regarding the app's unresponsiveness after a period of inactivity. Additionally, users have reported issues with being logged out or experiencing difficulties logging in. Based on our findings, we have identified several potential enhancements that can be made to improve the SIP registration process and token refresh mechanism. These improvements aim to address the reported issues and enhance the overall user experience of the app.

Issues addressed by these enhancements include:

• Report a problem unresponsive  (CG-2394) 

• Active call screen not shown after period of inactivity for incoming call  (CG-2395) 

• First inbound call not received after period of inactivity

• Users logged out of app

• User not able to log in to app

Some other key enhancements include:

• Resolution for issue where speaker icon was disabling voice on Bluetooth device (CG-1390)

• Update to audio icon button on active call screen.Now displays current audio selection correctly (CG-2381) 

• SMS conversations with + in number are now handled correctly 

• Removed the "dialling" dialogue from the incoming Call Screen (CG-2443)
