When logged onto portal- click contacts-import contacts- import from CSV – download template
get the contacts from customer that they wants to upload ( make sure first name, last name, email#1 description, email#1, tel#1 description, tel#1 are filled out as they are mandatory). Tel description can be “mobile” or “telephone” and email description can be “email” or “primary”.
With the phone numbers make sure it is formatted as “447” and make sure it is formatted as numbers to 0 decimal places. See video for formatting (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6hBDPSSu0U)]

Once you have completed template go on the portal again and import contacts and choose file and click import. Portal admin will get an email whether it is successful or not.
