From the Windows task bar, in the bottom right hand corner, right click on the speaker and click on 'Sounds'
Click on the 'Playback' tab, select the headset you are using then click on 'Properties'
Click on the 'Enhancements' tab and tick the option 'Disable all enhancements'. Click 'Apply' and then 'OK'
If the above setting stops audio being delivered to your headset whilst on a call, Go to the CloudCall communicator and click settings click ‘softphone’ then ‘preferences’ this will bring a pop up window then select ‘devices’ and click on ‘headset mode’ this will either need to be set to ‘default’ or try ‘default communication device’ on the drop down. Also ensure same setting Is applied to ‘other devices’
