Please note you will need to know the login credentials of your CloudCall Go mobile application or access to the portal to generate a QR Code which you can scan using the CloudCall Go application.
For iPhone:
- Open the CloudCall Go mobile application.
- Choose the keypad icon located at the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select the settings icon, which looks like a cogwheel.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and select "Reset application."
For Android:
- Open the CloudCall Go mobile application.
